Exchanges and Returns
Our commitment is to your complete satisfaction on purchases made on our site. Seeking a partnership of respect and trust, we created the policy of Exchange and Returns, based on the consumer defense code. To avoid any problem with your purchase, to perform the request adequately, be aware of:
-the description and technical specifications of the product;
-the colour of the product (some products have assorted colors and the picture on the website is merely illustrative);
-the dimensions of the product.
When having received the product, refuse delivery and contact the customer service if any of the situations are as shown below:
-the product is damaged during transport;
-the packing ripped off;
-there are accessories which are missing or missing of general items;
-the product is in disagreement with the request;
-there is a lack of receipt or discrepancy between the description of the invoice and the product received.
According to article 49 of the consumer code protection on purchases made outside of the store, the consumer has up to 7 (seven) calendar days to return the purchase and inform the supplier about the withdrawal. Cancellation of purchase requests will be accepted provided that:
a) the request was performed through a form of contact with this online store, in writing, within 7 (seven) calendar days after the receipt of the product; and
b) the product must be returned to this virtual store in its original packaging (internal and external), without having been used and with the manual/accessories that accompany it, always with the first page of the purchase Bill (proof of sale).
Important: If the above requirements are not fulfilled, this shop will not be obliged to accept the cancellation of the purchase. In this case, the product will be returned by our couriers to you at the delivery address, accompanied by a report relating on the problem found, without refund, and the request made to return the product will be cancelled. The right of repentance leads to the undoing of the purchase and, as well as the consumer is entitled to a refund of the amounts paid, the supplier has the right to receive the product intact, able to be sold again, not being admitted to any evidence of use or malfunction of the product, its components or its packaging. The withdrawal of the product will be dealt with at the delivery address via this virtual store logistics partners.
Within the time limit of up to 90 (ninety) calendar days from the receipt of the product, the Exchange/refund procedure will follow the provisions of the consumer defense code. If the product is not repaired within 30 (thirty) days, it will be at the discretion of the client to choose among the following alternatives:
a) the replacing the product by another equal or, in the absence of the same product in stock, for similar product or for an exchange voucher to use on this online store.
b) proportional reduction in the price. In the case of a product which is found that there is no possibility of repair the customer can make use of one of the above options listed, as soon as the product was collected and found it fits in this situation. The defective product must be referred to headquarters of this virtual store in its original packaging, accompanied by manuals and accessories and, it must be accompanied by the first page of the purchase Bill (proof of sale). If the client does not have this document, the request will not be accepted. The removal of the defective product will be dealt with at the delivery address via our logistic partners. This virtual shop disclaims the responsibility to accept the return or the return of any product in which the defect has occurred through misuse by the customer or in cases of complaints made outside the time limits set out in this policy.
The amount paid by customer ,for the product and shipping costs, will be refunded according to the payment method used in the purchase, in this case a virtual store employee will contact you to arrange the form of compensation.
