We accept payments by bank transfer (PayPal), credit card within 5 (five) times, subject to interest on the card itself (this can be viewed on the final value of the purchase). We don't make reservations, and the payment should be performed within 72 (seventy two) hours. PayPal is responsible for the management of payment used on our site. All purchase transactions go through a team specialized in fraud prevention analysis. This system of analysis is the most secure, because it ensures that most transactions are approved on the same day. The product/service will only be sent upon payment confirmation. Under no circumstances may be submitted before the payment confirmation. At the moment, we don't work with dealers or supplies for corporations.
The delivery time is estimated from the date on which the payment is confirmed. Normally we forward orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The shipping is calculated automatically for any purchase made within the national territory. The term we provide for delivery of the product is 30 (thirty) working days. The tracking code will be sent to the customer immediately after confirmation of payment, and will be sent to the registered e-mail address at the time of purchase. The tracking system will depend on the shipping form, if the form will be used through the postal service.
